As a board-certified nurse practitioner and a fervent health & wellness coach, I'm here to support women through the intricacies of weight loss, transitioning into menopause, and the unforeseen health challenges life may present.

My approach combines the power of integrative nutrition for effective weight management and navigating menopausal transitions, alongside pioneering preventive strategies aimed at fostering holistic well-being.
